Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mano Collections. We are currently offering free shipping on all orders above 50 dollars.

Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible. The processing time is about 1 to 3 business days & the typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 3 to 5 business days for destinations within the United States. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, and natural disasters may cause further postal delays. Tracking information, including the carriers, is provided with every order. Customs Fees and Import Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.
